THE RIGHTS OF THE ENTREPRENEUR
We will talk in this article about the different legal status for the manager then the rights if the entrepreneur.
The status of the entrepreneur is determined by two elements. (rights of the entrepreneur):
- First criterion: The form of exploitation (does it operate alone or in a company?).
- Second criterion: The activity for the self-employed, and, if not, the form of company chosen.

- Be a sole trader
- The Merchant: A trader is one who carries out commercial acts on a regular basis, which are mainly;
- The purchase of movable property for resale, either in kind or after having worked on it.
- The purchase of immovable property for resale, unless the purchaser has acted with a view to constructing one or more buildings and reselling them in blocks or by premises.
- Intermediary transactions for the purchase, subscription or sale of real estate, goodwill, shares or units of real estate companies.
- Furniture rental companies.
- Manufacturing, commissioning, land or water transport companies.
- Supply companies, agencies, business offices, auction sales, public shows.
- Foreign exchange transactions, banking, brokerage, electronic money issuance and management and all payment services.
- Companies engaged in the construction, purchase, sale and resale of ships.
- Between all people, bills of exchange.
